玉露 ゴールド / Gyokuro Gold is a superior tea not only to drink but to taste. This is a more affordable Japanese Gyokuro. To prepare Gyokuro infusion the water temperature should be below 45°C. But we recommend to use room temparature water for the first brew so that you can enjoy more the most of this tea’s umami taste. After drinking Gyokuro, you can eat the used tea leaves with Soy Sauce or Ponzu Sauce, not to waste any of this special tea.
