だいふく もち / Daifuku Mochi is made of mochi skin on the outside and Azuki (red) bean paste inside. Mochi is a perfect side dish to eat together with a cup of green tea. This sweet delight is vegan, hand made, and only available at Isshin physical store in The Hague. (I’m sorry but I can not deliver this by post.) When you won’t eat all, you can keep Mochi Cake in the freezer for a few months.
