Wasanpou

和三宝 / Wasanpou is simply made by solidifying a top quality 和三盆 / Wasanbon (fine-grained Japanese sugar) which is produced in Sanuki area of Shikoku.  Wasanpou is a typical dry confectionery which is served before light Matcha tea during a tea ceremony or a party.
